After scheduling the next meeting, visit the meeting page and find the tab for attendees. Here, you can press the button to invite them via e-mail. Don’t worry about the agenda, it will be included in PDF. If there are any attachments uploaded to the meeting, these will be shared as well.
Participants can even add the meeting to their personal calendar with the .ics file attached to the e-mail.
Note: By using meeting templates, you will have a default list of attendees that are allowed to access the meeting. Read more on template.
